if I don't have cream cheese for a bagel, I go for pizza bagels- if i don't have the materials for that, I go for mayo and sliced cheese broiled on top of it.

Now that I've finished my meal, I'm seriously debating opening a chain of restaurants featuring this item.

yo, Biofreak70, look here bud

we have an opening where I work. They need someone to go around firing people. I'm going to recommend you for this position, seeing how you seem to be very good at dashing people's hopes and dreams.

^^^^haha I said twice baked potatos- the market for just baked potatoes might be wide open. I was just suggesting another possible option for your menu to go with the flow yo

I mean, in the future, I'm still going to put sour cream on my baked potato.... just so that I won't be judged by people like yourself. But that's not to say that cream cheese was bad in any shape or form.

if i'm out if sour cream the chance of me having goat cheese on hand is slim to none.

that being said, red skin potatoes make superior baked potatoes, especially if you are going to nuke them. just a little real salted butter. i'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

well if you're in Raleigh I recommend going to the goat cheese stand in the building at the Farmer's Market. He's got a great selection of all kinds of herb encrusted goat cheese. You can taste test to find out if you like it or not before buying it or any goat cheese

I dislike bleu cheese for the most part, but the bleu cheese dipping sauce they have at the diner on glenwood is fucking delicious with their sweet potato fries.

wasn't there a cereal restaurant on hillsborough at some point? didn't it fail miserably?

if so, it probably failed because they didn't serve baked potatoes with cream cheese
