Anybody have any ideas of uses or value for this thing? Used this first 2 years at NCSU and pulled it out of the to be recycled pile forming in my garage. Thinking about taking it a part, to poke around.

use it to play really old games that don't work on multicore processors or throw it away

^It might not be the number of cores that's the problem (you can always set processor affinity) but rather the word size (64-bit Windows lacks the 16-bit subsystem that 32-bit Windows had)

Use VMs or emulators to play old games.

I guess you are not one for nostalgia. Well i took it all apart if anybody is interested in old ram, motherboard, the 3.5 inch floppy disk drive, cd rom drive, hard drive, or power supply. If not I will be harvesting it for components to use for random stuff. ex. solar panel proj.

I can see how some miscellaneous old computer parts would be useful in a solar power system.

^just bypass the solar array with the old power supply so you'll get enough juice off it to run something
