Lost the ac adapter to my 8-track mixer and I have no idea how I'm going to replace it. I tried searching the googles, but its becoming apparent that most adapters do not get close to 1.8 amps, they are mostly in the milliamps, like 300ma or 500ma.

From what I gather, its ok to be slightly over the amps (like a 2amp adapter would be fine) but not under amps. But volts, don't go over, so I need to find a 10 or 9volt one. Is this correct? Anyone have any suggestions on where to find one?

I think the end is 5.5mm, but not really sure. I tried to measure the receptacle on the mixer, but I don't have a very good ruler or calipers

Seems legit but they're in Canada so shipping might suck, at least they'll take Paypal if you're worried about your credit cards.
