It does not, I'm still getting out of the military. It simply means more responsibility before I leave.

^^ It's not wishywashy. I do not mind the responsibility as I'm already treated as an E5. I'm not sure how I feel because it means I have to move, attend ALS (a 5 week management course), and other things.
