I was discussing this with some of my married friends and I was a lil bit shocked !

We totally did not have sex on our wedding night. We had rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, and then what amounted to an after party all in a period of 36 hours. Needless to say we were exhausted and my husband was a bit buzzed from all of the drinks he had at the after party, so there was just lots of sleep on our wedding night.

I've got several friends who didn't on their wedding night though. One of those couples were even virgins. From what they told me, they fell asleep while being driven to their hotel, and since it was a nice hotel, they didn't even have to touch their bags when they got there. They just took the elevator to their room and crashed as soon as they walked in.

we didn't, mostly because we were exhausted. not just from the day, but from the whole prior week. being around that much family (particular some of his that I had not met yet) gets me very anxious, and it just all caught up to me.

QFT. I'm not married yet, but after looking at what the day is going to be like (pretty much 8 or 9 am til after 11 pm, nonstop)... Yeah I probably will just want to pass out. Then again, it won't be our first time so I guess we aren't as giddy about that.
