Ive got a bit saved up. $20/quart, or 3 for $50. Ive got some muffler bearings ill throw in for free

I've got ferro-silicone tipped anti-spark plugs. This is a must have with Vtecs as you don't want detonation issues.

Just a quick one, should i replace the Pins with the Vtech Fluid?

Currently I'm planning a complete overhaul, Piston Return Springs, Tire Beads, cross drilled brake lines, and possibly an engine oil bypass kit, as well as hollow spark plug wires and spark plugs.

Do you guys have any other items besides the aforementioned muffler bearings? Ive found the bearings in both ball bearing and sleeve bearing? Which one should i go with? Is it something I can get done at an exhaust shop?

Don't forget your conuter valve--often overlooked, but even the newest vehicles still have one (two if your engine is a V configuration). You may also want to consider a frictionless clutch.

It's a well known fact that if you want reliability, you gotta go with washers. Bearings incorporate more moving parts. Moving parts have friction and create heat, which will only reduce the lifespan of your vehicle's reliability. Trust me, I know what you are talking about. Get a solid bearing, also known as washers. Race cars have them. If they are good enough for heavy track endurance, they'll be perfect for your application.

Oh, and don't forget to pick up some stents so you can keep your valves open. Last thing you want to do is give your engine a "heat-attack" from a closed valve.

Also, be sure you check the supply voltage to your flux capacitor. It should be right around 1.21 gigawatts, if not you'll need to do some troubleshooting.
