This one won't block the sites, but it does let you tell Google more; I wish that Google ported this and that other extension to the other browsers, like it did for the extensions that tell Analytics and DoubleClick not to collect data for website analysis and interest-based advertising, respectively: https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/efinmbicabejjhjafeidhfbojhnfiepj
