I, too, have never been to The Borough.
I have to ask though, have you ever had the Capital Club 16 Mac & Cheese? I would never order it personally, but a vegetarian friend got it one time and let me try it. It was hella good.

i have never studied at a bar. i feel like i would get super distracted. even if i was alone...i tend to talk to anything and everything that moves so...i'd probably find someone to talk to. :/
