That line is ridiculous... but the sportsbook I used in the past NEVER has lines up the day before a game so I suspect that is an odd site. Howell is officially out but I'd jump all over that if you can.

if Howell was healthy and coming off a 20 point performance against Maryland, I'd still take UNC -5

besides, of all the sporting events throughout a given year, losing $20 if NCSU beats UNC in basketball is probably the most worth it

although losing to them by 1-4 points would also be gutwrenching
