I have a steel frame Lotus built with a Nexus 7-speed internal gear rear hub, dynamo front hub with headlight, and moustache handle bars. I'm outta town, I'll get better pics if you are interested.
I'd like $500.

I'm outta town right now, so I cannot measure it, but I am 80% sure it is either a 56 or 54. My road bike is a 56, and it isn't bigger.
I'm 5'8", and have a barefoot standover of 31", if that helps. 3/23/2011 8:06:38 PM |

Make sure you are comparing to a bike with an internally geared hub and a dyno.
I will happily swap the tires out with a brand-new pair of Performance Forte Metro tires and knock $50 off the price.
I'll be back in town next Wednesday, and send you full details and pics. I don't want to pull things out of my memory and be mistaken. 3/23/2011 10:08:49 PM |

The Lotus' frame is a 56cm. The front hub is a chinese knockoff of Shimano's HB-NX30 dynamo hub, 6V 3W output, powering a New Anlun light. The rear has a Shimano Nexus 7-speed internally geared hub. Both wheels are laced to Alexrims 1019s. It has Nashbar brakes, a Fuji moustache handlebar and no-name fenders. There are currently Red with Blue sidewall Continental Grand Prix 3000 tires on the bike, but I will happily swap these out as mentioned. Pics are in photo gallery, I'll happily add moar if you'd like to see something particular.
It is definitely more bike than the $200 ones you've seen. What's it worth to you?
