Apartment for rent at Rhyne's Gate Apartments. The current lease runs out on July 15, 2011. We need 2 people to take over our lease on or around May 15. There is the option to extend the lease from Aug. 1, 2011 through July 15, 2012 for $850.

The current rent is $795 a month. There is also a $400 deposit required when lease is signed.
