I google my name often as most folks do, and every now and then I find out some weird shit that my name gets attached to.

This dude never interviewed me, and I was never even informed that I would be 'featured' here. This guy just pulled this crap from a cisco event I hosted prior to that. I found it during a vanity google search one day.

Another is an awesome informative people directory type site informing me that I am the only Bobby Thekkekandam on the planet. Big shock there.

Today's find: I'm listed in an acknowledgment for a technical book. Again cool, but I'd have liked to know so I could use it for fun and profit.

I died of cancer on August 5th last year at age 31. I am also a multisport athlete at a high school in Clarksville, TN. Apparently my name is more common than I thought.

I had a project at one point in college that was largely Googling yourself and finding things that weren't about you that were still somehow relevant to you, and finding other random-ass connections in other parts of your life. At the time I think there was a writer in New York with my name. Now apparently there is someone on Twitter whose name is my first name and my mom's name and her last tweet was about penguins, which I love.
