+1 for Weezer - Undone (The Sweater Song)

like the chillest shit ever almost

that Blue Album is pretty much money

I mean there are so many others, so it's hard for me to pick one favorite (and I know I'm forgetting one that I'd probably claim as my favorite, so I'll just post it when I think of it)

don't get me wrong - Third Eye Blind had some good stuff

did you ever heard listen to their track Slow Motion?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Ibfvjv4uxE

I love that they had some songs in heavy rotation, as dark as they were

Snake River Conspiracy is an associated project started by Jason Slater, a member of Third Eye Blind

Radiohead - Let Down
The Dismemberment Plan - The City

At least once a week, on "90s on 9" on xm when I go to PT. I dance in the car, I am not ashamed to admit it.

And I watched all the colio, voyage song just now.

the Fugees had so many songs better than Killing Me Softly (which I can't stand) and Ready or Not.

Vocab
Cowboy
The Score (my all-time favorite)

Just to name a few

Let's not forget A Tribe Called Quest (my favorite rap group of all time)

WTF, V0LC0M? If "Semi-Charmed Life" is making the cool songs thread, I think we can make room for some Fugees' hits. Seriously, I can't believe you just got uppity about The Fugees.

And good call, tommy wiseau!

Wow. The 90s really was one of the best decades for music. All music.

Even the rap was awesome back then. Real gangsta rap. Biggie, 2pac, Dre, Snoop. Rap is so much better when it is fueled by hatred instead of bling.

@Bridget

I wasn't getting uppity (is that a word?). I just don't like those two songs as much as others by them. That's all. Calm down.

how in the hell have you guys not mentioned Alice in Chains?

Also, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Guns 'N Roses came out of the 80s, but released a lot of killer stuff in the 90s.

Temple of the Dog is very underrated, and Mother Love Bone never got the airtime they deserved.
