What is the deal with this? First I see it on the boarded up Farmhouse 'womp womp womp', then just randomly around on various items on Hillsborough street. Today I saw it full-height on the sound wall on 440 near Lake Boone. What is WOMP?

^^ ^^^ Yeah thats what my girlfriend thought when she saw it. It was funny on farmhouse (not to make fun of someone's failed business...) but when its just one WOMP tagged all over the place I feel like its not comedy or price-is-right related.
