It usually takes a while before Mozilla auto-upgrades legacy users to the next major version, though from here on out Firefox will take a Chrome-style development path, with each old version going right into the next one.

So are you saying it's better than chrome? I used firefox before chrome was out then switched and never looked back.

idk. I read skimmed a bunch of sites that said that chrome was slower than firefox, it used a shit ton more memory (it was like linear for the number of tabs i had) and i didn't like the interface so i pretty much never used it

i use chrome on my laptop and firefox on my PC. no real reason other than i thought chrome was supposed to be lighter-weight so i went with it on the laptop for obvious reasons

just updated to FF4 on the PC here and it's a lot like chrome in form, feels pretty snappy too...no complaints yet
