I may have a rental house available that fits your criteria, except it is a little smaller. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, fenced back yard, 1.5 miles from campus, 1600 square feet, rent is $1300 a month.

my brother is moving in about a month, but i think he wants to sell his house instead of rent it out. 3 br, bonus, and basement, 2 bath, 2 half baths.. we have dogs and a fenced in yard. i'll ask him when he comes home in a few days and see what he says.
