I'm looking to setup internet service in Apex (area code 27502).
I got a mailer indicating AT&T Uverse is now serving Apex?
I also got another AT&T mailer claiming high speed internet as low as $14.95/month.

Any suggestions on cheapest/best internet service route to go with?
AT&T? Time Warner Roadrunner?

I know there are other threads that talk about Uverse but didn't want my question lost as I'm looking for comparison across the board.

I hate Time Warner, and thus refuse to go with them. I tried out Clear for a month, and it was miserable. I currently have AT&T, got their highest speed DSL for $19.95/mo.
