Damn, they'd only sold 3 the last I heard.

If you're going to be building on the Soleil Center site, there are already some cassions in the ground ready for you!!!

That's the one that was giving away mini coopers to anyone who bought a unit not too long ago.

I was looking at buying a Bloomsbury Estates condo and renting it out.

the lowest priced ones are projected to go for 165k though so maybe not. I realize that is a good deal but you can't rent out a 1 bedroom downtown for 1200 bucks a month. it would be impossible to make $$

you couldn't finance it 100% and hope to make your money back in rent

you would have to put down a good chunk of cash for it to make sense, make that rent income, then sell it someday when the prison is destroyed by a tornado or a fire

why?? then we would each potentially make 100 bucks a month and then later one of us would buy the other one out bc it is dumb to try to maintain a unit for 100/mo profit. the other one wouldnt be able to put up the cash at the moment so it would get confusing and we would end up hating each other

It would be worth it if I could play Schindler's List and shoot at prisoners from my balcony every morning.

There's enough tree between the condo and the prison that you can't see it. Although I think it's be kind of interesting to watch the going ons of the prison yard

I was just wondering yesterday what happened to this stupid thing. I wonder if Charter Square has gone bankrupt as well.
