has the slight optical block problem found in the 1-star reviews on amazon. the remote sucks- my wife spilled nail polish remover on it, fusing the battery door and secondary buttons slider shut. it's a big bastard, too big to have around my soon-to-be-walking son.

fwiw, i only see the optical block issue when he points it out to me, and then i have to look for it. but, to be fair, i'm not extremely tech savvy. we wouldn't be getting rid of it if our little guy wasn't threatening to pull it down on himself.
