this is the one that I have - you won't get anything better

all my cutlery is German. I know that sounds ludicrous but you won't find anything better, and it lasts forever. You'll notice a trademark of German utensils is the molding of the grip, if the piece isn't solid cast to begin with, is always separated from where the surface makes contact with the food, thus making the utensil itself much less likely to harbor bacteria

Additionally, you can get into the really really high end stuff where the metallic alloy of the surface itself is chemically not favorable for bacterial growth.

I suddenly realized I might have really expensive tastes...
