I picked up the Insignia NS-WBRDVD since it came highly regarded. Works great. You can probably find one for <$80 and it has wi-fi built in unlike most of the other brands where you need to add a bridge

If you're planning to stream any ripped Blu-ray content, get an older model and never update the firmware as Cinavia will make your life fucking miserable.

^For $99 new you can get a second gen AppleTV, jailbreak it, install XBMC and stream anything and everything and never have to worry about cinavia or any other anti piracy BS.
