Nobody deserves that. They kept coming back after the girl gave up and was on the ground trying to clean herself up. They tried dragging her to the street, and if the cops weren't on the way, they were probably going to kill her.

I hope they also arrest the people who were telling the girls the cops are on their way and helping them to escape. It's aiding and abetting for all I'm concerned. It's just sick.

I'm not sure that a handgun was warranted here. That's my big problem with concealed weapons, or people with weapons in general.

I understand that these girls are crazy bitch skanks that are beating a girl when she was down. But IMO there are a lot more options out there than whipping out a lethal firearm - I think that's way too far up the ladder of escalation of force.

I also understand that this girl ended up having seizures, and the argument could probably be made that her life was in danger. You could also make that argument in just about any fight. Big picture, as a grown adult male if you really want to protect the girl, step in between her and her assailants and tell them to back the fuck down. I know for a fact that I could knock both of those bitches out with one punch, no need for a gun.

There were at least 5 male employees in that store that could have broken up the fight with just a good solid punch to the throat of those two stupid bitches. Unfortunately, the only person that attempted to stop this retardedness was a 70 year old woman that probably would have gotten her ass kicked too. Give that old woman a handgun, and they would have running out the door.

The shit that pisses me off about situations like this is that no one ever gets involved. I wouldn't have a problem with people fighting, but when two people are still kicking on a person that has fallen to the ground in a fetal position, it's time to break it up. You could justify using a firearm during an assault, but only as a last resort and I wouldn't do it third party. It would be a lot easier to articulate the use of deadly force if you are the one getting beaten because you could testify to the severity of the attack, the length, number of actors, injuries etc.

If you pull a gun and don't intended to use it; good luck. Its a shitty feeling to pull on someone and they go, "what, you gonna fucking shoot me? Do it!" and keep coming at you.

In other news, why are people afraid to hit women? I mean, I could understand not wanting to get involved, but if an attack is going on that long and that violent, step up and hit someone. The only way to stop an attack is blunt force trauma.

you would need for the person to do something like this in order to be justified in shooting them. If you pulled out the gun and told them to stop or you shoot, they will typically stop and the threat would no longer be escalated enough to justify shooting them. If, however, they just told you "do it faggot" and then proceeded to kick a girl on the ground while she's going into a seizure, then you'd be justified in shooting them. You'd probably want to have enough money to pay for a team of lawyers after the NAACP and the anti-gun groups come after you, but you'd be justified in the shooting.
