nope, the road was clear from what I could tell. I could see the cop with his lights on as I came up on it but didn't notice a dude laying on the side till I was basically past it.

there was also some jackass marine who got clocked at 144mph near mebane last night too. 12 miles later he surrendered.


*disclaimer, I do not think that all marines are jackasses, but I do think that all people who lead the cops on a 12 mile chase on I40 at 144mph are jackasses.
