Well, we got the Ham 'n Yam Festival every year...and this year, they booked Night Ranger for the main stage down by the river Saturday evening.

How the hell they propose to manage the crowd, I have no idea. You know every damn redneck and his brother in the county is gonna be there for that one.

Along the same lines, they had some of the people from that Lizard Lick towing show on TruTV at the Strawberry Festival in the Cleveland/Clayton area this weekend. It amazes me that people consider them to be a celebrity they'd like to see...

A friend of mine was the event organizer for the Strawberry Festival. He got the LLT folks to show.

^I'll admit, the show is entertaining...but I have no desire to meet the people. My parents actually have a booth at the festival selling strawberries (Smith's Nursery). In the past they've had a booth at the Ham n Yam...not sure if they'll do that this year or not though.
