meaning I could see how people get upset about Bush not going to ground zero (not that I think he should or shouldn't) because he was the one that pushed the campaign against OBL. Sure we were looking for him while Clinton was in office, but Bush was the main guy that was all about it. So I don't know why people would bring Clinton into this argument.
