Pay it, and look up the various refund percentages and dates from the Cashiers Office.

You should be able to get 100% back in a situation like yours if it doesn't work out, as long as you move with the quickness. Call the Cashiers or Reg and Records and ask for their help.

Definitely pay. The university is really good about getting refunds back to you (at least they have been in my experiences). You probably won't get in the class if you are #7 on the wait list but good luck.
