There's no link or nothing to even scam me with. Why spam at all?

I was thinking about this the other day. The spam-king or whatever went to prison for spamming people with viagra ads in their email and what not, but the US postal service spams the hell out of my mail box with coupon newspapers and crap, how come no one goes to jail for that? I was really mad about this yesterday

Each coupon from each business is paid for by the business. It's just another thing that keeps coupon people employed and the mail service gets a good cut as well.

I assume stupid people reply to these emails, and then the spammers are white-listed from their spam filters.
