where are you located?

and i don't want to go to the hardware store because the drill is borrowed and then i'd have a random useless drill bit.

why do they make left hand drill bits? is this one of those things where drills rotate the opposite way everywhere else in the world?

She did say that she borrowed the drill. Now, why would you borrow a drill without also borrowing the drill bit you need? Because I don't know much about drills, but a do know that a quarter-inch bit comes with pretty much every drill I've ever seen.

Left handed drill bits are usually for drilling out stuck or broken screws and bolts. A lot of times it'll catch and unscrew the fastener.

I've never bought a drill that came with any bits except a philips/flat-head screwdriver bit.

Yea. It's pretty common knowledge that if you borrow a drill and buy a bit, you give the bit back to the person you borrowed the bit from.

The only thing I'm concerned about is the plural bits but only one size given. Yo bits about to get broke.
Really though, buy one/some and give them as a thanks.
