I'm out of school and still have nightmares about not being prepared for an exam or knowing nothing in my class. Horrible feeling to wake up to.

It was one of those those excessive long multiple option test with like 5 question per min and want to finish fast but then have to go pee, then think have to raise hand, ask, and it take too long, so i jus hold it in i blow up wake up and eat fiber one

^I have that same dream about once a month. It's always so detailed too. I've skipped the class all semester and somehow make it to the final exam and have a big panic. Waking up is a huge sigh of relief.

and sometimes, for whatever reason, a locker is in the dream and I have no idea what the combination is

I have similar dreams where I'm still in high school and I have sex with a much older man. He was maybe 40, and I couldn’t get enough of the way he looked at me. I felt a rush of elation and relief so great it made me cry. when i had that dream, it was just like this.

now when i dream it's things like trying out for a swim team coached by brock lesnar, trying to dive off a floating ottoman, accidentally doing the butterfly kick w/ the freestyle, falling off the track (in the pool? wtf?) & not making the team.

Yeah I have the same dream. I skipped a lot of classes in college.

In my dreams I completely forget about some low level math class because I skipped it so much in the beginning of the semester. I keep trying to remember what day, what time, and where the class is so I can take the final but can't. At this point I am pretty sure I am going to fail anyway since I missed all the tests. This makes me not get my degree and have to go back to school even though I already have it IRL....

I don't have nightmares about school or work

usually in my nightmares I'm either an accessory to murder, or I've actually killed someone myself, and I am terrified of being caught

I have this dream once every six months or so...it's the only nightmare I ever really get

however, a few months ago I did have a dream that my then-gf had gotten back together with her ex...I wasn't hurt or horrified, but merely annoyed, and when I woke up it wasn't that much of a relief

I took this as a strong sign that I needed to break up with her

Usually my dreams involve not knowing where/what time my next class is. I also frequently dream that I am getting ready to take a final exam in a class that I hadn't attended all semester.

I dream, probably at least once/week, that I have to go back to HS to re-take a class, or take a class(es) for credits that I still need (to officially get my diploma). Often this involves me having missed massive amounts of class and work, and being distraught that I'm going to need to take them AGAIN. I am always very well aware that I am way too old to be there, but never as embarrassed as I probably should be.
