^^ yes. do you think best buy has a tv manufacturing facility? each tech refresh they buy from the lowest bidder, soft limit some of the features (in my case they masked 2 hdmi ports but they're still there if you remove the covers), and but their brand on it in the same factory. mine happens to be from when they did their deal with lg
