I have a deviated uterus, it's like slightly to the left. I noticed once how the left seemed just a smidge higher, I thought it was some weird getting fat thing. But I lost a lot of weight and it was still slightly higher on my left.

Long story short: the last time my gyno had his hands all up in there I asked him and sure enough my uterus is on the left.

He said it's perfect fine and normal.
