Hey! My lease is up end of July and I am moving out, but my roomates are looking for another roommate so that they can keep the house. They can't afford it alone. The house has a great location on the fringe of ncsu campus, on jackson st. Wolfline routes 5, 4, and 11 run down Jackson St and the Food Lion on western is right next door. House is approximately 1600 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a bonus room that is currently a music room. Right now there are two couples living in the house, and my boyfriend and I are moving out, so their ideal would be to find another couple, but there are two rooms available.
