I wish there were one closer to me during the week. Carpenter Village has one on Tuesdays but I went there a week or two ago and bought one tomato for like $3.50. It was a really damn good tomato, but I still hate paying that much for one tomato. I think there is one in Downtown Cary on Tuesdays too but prices are probably the same.

Yeah. It was a beast, but I was still pretty surprised. I didn't want to be like, "Fuck paying that much for a tomato" to the farmer so I just bought it anyway.

I just wanted a tomato for my salad that I was eating immediately after I left the market. I didn't care that much for a couple bucks as a one time thing. It will keep me from going back, but I really just wanted the tomato more than I wanted to not pay too much for it.

I just got back from the Farmer's Market. I was about to leave when I got side-tracked by the Muscadine wine stand in the specialty store. They had Muscadine Slushies and shit they were so good, helped the heat. While I was there I also got a bottle of their Sir Walter Raleigh sweet red muscadine wine. It's pretty great.

2 of the chocolate peanut butter cup
1 triple chocolate
1 chocolate chip

gave 2 of them to my roommates, i ate a choc. chip and choc. pbc

Oh, I didn't realize we were talking about the farmer's market that's literally downtown. The State Farmer's Market is right near South Saunders... I kinda consider that downtown.

Does it have any more specialty items than the State Farmer's Market or is it just a small variety?
