My buddy is having his renters move out of his townhome on Centennial Campus. Nice homes - I've lived and still live in one (since 1/04)...

3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, garage, car port and two parking spots out front.

Stainless steel appliances and corian countertops.

$1,400/month including maid service once a month. You pay your own utilities.

Would consider a year lease, prefer a 2-year lease.
