It's a murder thriller that takes place on a house near a lake. Main characters are twin sisters (or best friends?). Friends and family start dying. There is an explosion in a shed somewhere in the movie.

Twist is that her friend/sister was the killer. When the twist is revealed, the killer is in a bloody white t shirt. I think motivation was jealousy.

Real campy and didn't star famous people, I think. Probably no more than 10-15 years old. Any help?

The beginning of the movie I'm thinking of reminds me a lot of the book Intensity by Dean Koontz

The main chars were only there temporarily. I think one of the male chars bit the dust when he went canoeing with the murder. I definitely remember a dock.
