I also have dated a vegetarian chick. Remedy is definitely the number one place ive taken her to. The market restaurant is good. I know she doesnt eat me, but tall the meat they do have is Animal Warefare approved, which my lady friend eats (technically shes a flexitarian)

Ooh, The Remedy looks good... and having lived in Raleigh and been a vegetarian my whole life, I've never heard of it.

Irregardless is good, I know the people that own it. Any Mexican restaurants are good choices, Mellow Mushroom is awesome.
There's an amazing vegetarian Indian restaurant in Cary that I can't remember the name of... will get back on this.

Lily's Pizza is good - but not the best I've ever had
I'm a pretty seasoned pizzaiola

I'm also not sure if it is good for strict vegans
