Welp, good ol Bev signed a bill into law that protects prosecutors if the police "fail to give them information or evidence that might show a defendant's innocence." That REALLY sounds like a good idea. Because, it's not like the police and prosecutors work side by side anyway, and whatever the police find is pretty much always given to the prosecution. yep, giving the prosecution an easy excuse is going to work so fucking well for all of us now. Nope, the prosecution would NEVER instruct the police to "hide" evidence in a locker and not bring it up. Nope. NEVER...
