Would be cool to say I rode a tsunami. Should hit california around 7pt.

Actually, your calculations are off. The 36 micrometer wave invoked on the surface of the Atlantic on the equal yet opposide side of our sphere of magma already landed on the beaches of the East Coast. Again, California is late. Arguing the logarithmic decrease in amplitude somehow diminishes the relevance of the wave is junk science. Therefore....I too rode a tsunami...sooner than California beachgoers.

Geodesy is the most pernicious of bitches.
