TWC did this to me when we got struck by lightning last week..

I called yesterday to tell them that my internet connection has been absolutely garbage since the last time they came here and she told me whoops its because someone was supposed to come replace the electricity thing outside and they forgot. they're coming sometime this week and theyre crediting my account
