Saladelia's isn't bad. They have a place that I think is called Alladin's too that is on the lighter side. There's also Jason's Deli. Couple of good Indian places as mentioned too

panera (it's on the walmart side), jason's deli (on the airport side). there are a lot of options. really depends on your definition of "healthish" though.

You can get a bison burger a salad and sweat potato fries @ Fiascoes

http://www.eatfiascos.com/

tell dave that bill sent you and he'll say

"who the fuck is bill"

seriously though, bread is fresh daily meat is fresh from the market down the street daily.
Cheeses... you guessed it fresh...

the owner doesn't mess around and throws everything away in the middle of the night when he cleans up his own place.

prob along the same lines as brueggers

and jason's deli (or at least some of them) have salad bars

add a cup of soup for 99cents

to me that seems healthish to me?!?

earthfare hotbar? though that place is not as good as wholefoods (IMO)

^ that's what i was thinking. Brueggers isn't exactly heathly - especially if you look at their nutrition site

technically you can't go wrong with a soup and salad. as long as the salad isn't loaded down with tons of cheese or fried chicken or super creamy dressings and the soup is a vegetable soup or a broth.

yep! i had jason's deli salad bar last night

besides a good homemade bleu cheese (guilty pleasure) creamy salad dressings are the yuck (to me)

i am lucky in that respect - never been one of those ranch fanatics! just a little oil and vinegar and i'm good. but the jason's deli salad bar which i recently discovered is about $7 for all you can eat. and it is decent for the price. it isn't the most diverse salad bar but it has just about the same type of things you'd find at harris teeter's salad bar. plus some good bean salad type things, which are yummy. and hummus. the usual suspects, really.

at jason's you can add a cup of soup for 99 cents (they have a lot of options) OR add a bowl of soup or an antibiotic free chicken breast for like $1 or something.

it's like anything...depends on what you order. they have a variety of healthy options, so i think it can be called healthy. i think it's safe to call brueggers less healthy than jasons, due to a smaller number of "healthy" options

They have healthy food there?

The Mahi Mahi quesadilla is killer, but I can't imagine a pizza sized quesadilla is very healthy, lol.

I actually haven't tried that place yet. Between Pipers, Dannys, and Screaming Coyote I never feel like trying anything else close by. I'm only in the park two days a week now and I probably only eat out for lunch in RTP once every six weeks, but I might try that the next time I go out.

I agree with Earthfare. It's an organic food supermarket afterall. I've been for lunch and I enjoyed it.
