When you look near the top of the list and see Miami and Manhattan there, it kind of makes you wonder. I mean, where in the U.S. are you going to find good fashion, when L.A., San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and two of New York's major boroughs are on the list? Almost every major city is listed. Maybe this just speaks more to the poor general fashion in the U.S. than any city in particular.
