Pretty much what happened to me...I haven't bought cards in 2-3 years. But if I did start back I would only buy autographs. The game used things got old quick. oh sweet. a game used piece of wood from the bat of a pitcher

I know I bought my first digital camera on eBay in March or April 2001. (Canon Powershot A50, had that sucker until 2006...) But that was not the first thing I bought. I had actually sold a number of things by that time, also.

First thing I remember getting was a bunch of "used" dreamcast games. Turns out they were just burned discs with cheaply printed out labels.

a blaupunkt head unit for my civic which was AWESOME because it was only like $99 and it played mp3s off discs. absolutely revolutionary for the year 2000. a year later i think i stepped up to a pioneer system which had graphics of dolphins swimming as a screensaver.
