i am pretty fair skinned but can tan if i spend enough time out in the sun (with a lot of sunblock) but i haven't had much time so the only tan i have is from when i do my daily runs.

I don't get pale pale anymore in the winter time. I like being tan but I use my sunscreen when I go out but I also like my bronzer and fake tanner.

Yeah I still live here...so yeah, when I spend every weekend on the beach it's kinda hard to not get a tan. But I'm actually really white if I am not tan, but I tan very easily and rarely ever burn.

even if you're just getting a good 20 min per day, chance are there will be a difference in your skin tone that wouldn't happen if you got spf 70 on all the time or never go outdoors.

people run into trouble when they try to lay out for hours trying to tan in just a day or two

also, spray/fake tanners are gonna do much more harm to your skin than a well managed amount of sun per day.
