1. I think you got this place confused with your family reunion, sounds like a bucket of fun!
2. Mostly college and professional people live in Dutch village and it is down the street from Crossroads (less than 5 mins) so yeah real bad neighborhood.

Hmm interesting, I think the fact that people who never stayed there are saying that the neighborhood has rapist and criminals that is out of bounds and uncalled for. I lived there for 8 years and no one near me had a break in. And this is a great forum especially for an alumnist such as myself trying to offer a decent place for individuals interested in affordable housing. I mean why comment on this post if you are not interested in renting an apartment. Unless you are just interested in trolling....

My GF just moved out of there. It's actually a bit dark there, but there's a decent mix of younger people and families with young kids. It was never anything to be freaked out about. That's a decent deal too. Good luck!

good luck on that even with good intentions or whatnot, for real. But realistically, I pay $800/month and live in a very well kept and decently updated Falcon Ridge townhouse with a 2BR/2.5BA with a deck and other nice interior features with no pet deposit for my GSD. More sq. footage, features, bathrooms, closer to wolfline and campus and in a nice neighborhood, albeit nestled in the ghetto somewhat. if you own the house you may want to try listing a bit lower, but hell you'll probably find somebody to pay that (but not on TWW)
