We live in a townhouse off of Trailwood in Camden Crossings. There is tile and hardwoods downstairs, carpet everywhere else. 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths. We are looking for a someone to take the third bedroom which shares a bath on the second floor. We would like someone who attends NCSU/Meredith and is focused on school but also likes to have fun on the weekends! Ready for move-in ASAP! Rent is 500 which includes everything except cable&internet, which is an extra 30 a month! Females only please!!
