No doubt about that Joie. What I'm getting at is that if this guy wanted to go on a killing spree he would at least hide his firearm until he got to his targets. He wouldn't be pparading aeound with his gun out in the open.

I'm slightly suspicious this is either a misunderstanding/false alarm (something that looked like a gun and was reported by a Future Soccer Moms of America member) or someone ignorant of open carry on a college campus.

Or it could be that the media/VT isn't reporting any victims yet

^while I agree with you; these type of people aren't always the brightest when it comes to their evil plans. It could be a false alarm/OC idiot, but it wouldn't be the first time that such a person advertised his intentions before hand.

they test it i guess on the first friday of every month, while people are walking all around campus, and not a single fuck is ever given
