What's a quick/free way to get a list off all the subdomains on a site. For example list all http://page.domain.com that are in use for said domain.

You mean all the pages that are within the index, or the all the pages that are linked to the domain name through the server space the domain has.

I'm currently just using http://www.wolframalpha.com/ to search the main domain and then selecting subdomains under web statistics; however, I'm pretty sure that's not ALL of them.

this is not 100% possible afaik. many sites do their URL routing in a way that would make any subdomain a valid url.

for example ClassicMixup.mailinator.com
