"The UPS Store" stores usually have several on staff. Just call ahead to make sure one is in. That has worked for me when I needed one on Sunday.

not implying you are in jail, but it's illegal to notarize something not in the presence of the person or without ID. so you're gonna have to be physically in front of a notary be it me, a bank or ups.
