he's cool, doesn't micromanage, supports me when i need his help/guidance and has our staff meetings in cool places where we can do fun things like water ski and drink beer

so i'd say that his personality & management style is the nicest thing he always does

At a conference, I drank/ate too much and ralphed all over the urinal I had just got done using while my boss was standing about two urinals down from me. Later we went out for more beers lol.

He never judged me, he never told anyone else we worked with, and brought me a breath mint before we went to the next bar.

He's given me promotions, raises, and bonuses as soon as I've been eligible for them which is awesome because I'm making twice as much money now as I did when I started out four years ago. Aside from that, he's done a good job of always having his door open and stuff. He's a good guy, A++++++++ would work for again.
