Eh, can't tell what this incident is.

The calls are overlapping. Three active incidents on that side. 1 is seeking a hispanic male with rolling chrome wheels on a black Ford Focus.

1 seeking light skinned black male in blue shorts, no shirt.

The other is some bigger incident that is garbled to hell and back with the information from the previous post.
